    * Quarterly cleaning/tune-ups are performed every three months, and generally take up to thirty minutes per machine. If you have multiple PC’s covered under the plan, all cleaning/tune-ups must be scheduled for the same time. If there is a problem that requires more than thirty minutes, a PC Doctective will contact you to discuss the issue, and any related costs.
    **Phone or email support is logged at a reduced, 6-minute incremental rate. A minimum of six minutes will be billed for each call. Help desk call/email totals are billed at the end of each month, or when the total time surpasses thirty minutes, whichever occurs first.
